Candles Will even out the farther you burn them down, the first burn the melt pool may not completely touch the sides of the glass all the way around. My candles are designed like this to prevent over heating and soot build up, as the glass will get hotter the farther down you burn your candle. This help give you a clean burning candle!

A candle topper or luminary lid type thing can help you get the most out of your candle for the first few burns, to give a nice mellt pool. I do not recommend use after  sndle is a out half way down, as the jar may become too hot. 

16 oz soy candle approximate burn time of 50+ hours.

Please note this is an approximate time of burning in 4 hour increments, never leave a candle lit for more then 4-5 hours at a time. Never leave candles unattended or in any close proximity to curtains or fabric of any kind, keep away from drafts. Never leave a candle on a  cold window sill especially in winter and in cold climates, as when lit the sudden change in temperature from flame and cold glass can cause glass to crack. If jar is cold when you receive, due to shipping in winter please allow your candle to warm up to room temperature before lighting. Always use common sense and be safe when burning any candle!
