If you have any problems with your purchase please contact Creativeenchantment@gmail.com to resolve the problem.
Because we sell Candles and Wax, that could possible melt in the heat, we do NOT offer refunds or take returns on any wax melts, tarts, or candles. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have but we can not and do not offer refunds or returns especially on partially used items. We are not responsible for Scent throw as too may variables such as room size, airflow, humidity and temperature are involved when considering how strong a scent may be. Scents are as subjective as taste what may be strong to someone may be seam weak to another we are not responsible and do not offer refunds if the scent you choose is not to your liking, or not as strong as you wish.
We are not responsible and to not offer refunds or exchanges on any jewelry that you have received from our products that may break after retrieved from a product. we do not recommend pulling your packet out by force as you may damage delicate jewelry and we can not offer emplacements or refunds for this reason.
Any Canceled order will be charged a restocking fee minimum of $3 and or up to $10% of your total order cost.
